LinkVault — Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This page explains how to delete your LinkVault account and the data associated with it. LinkVault is developed by Lunasof Apps.

About your account

LinkVault works with no account at all. An account is created only if you turn on the optional Cloud backup feature, where you sign in with your Google account through Firebase Authentication. If you never used Cloud backup, there is no account or cloud data to delete — your links live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and cloud data, send us an email:

  1. Email lunasoftapps@gmail.com from the Google account you used to sign in to Cloud backup.
  2. Use the subject line “LinkVault account deletion”.
  3. We will delete your Firebase Authentication account and your cloud backup file, and confirm by email once it is done.

You can also open Settings → Cloud backup → Sign out in the app at any time to disconnect your Google account from the device. Signing out stops further backups but does not by itself erase the backup already stored in the cloud — use the email request above for full deletion.

What data is deleted

What data is retained

We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Purchase and subscription records held by Google Play and RevenueCat may be retained by those providers as required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, under their own policies. Any data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Timing

Email deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
